J'nay’s academic background in psychology and sociology from Cleveland State University informs her holistic approach to program development, ensuring the emotional and social needs of participants are thoughtfully addressed.

Beyond her creative contributions, J'nay's extensive professional experience as a National Account Manager and Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council at MetLife Legal Plans has sharpened her leadership and strategic planning abilities. These skills are critical in advancing My Sister's Keeper's mission to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.

J'nay is also a passionate advocate for raising awareness about autism spectrum disorder and supporting marginalized communities, including people of color and those navigating educational inequities.
