Cancellation Policy

Prayer Leader Booking Policy Thank you for signing up as a Prayer Leader with My Sister’s Keeper. Your spiritual guidance is a valuable part of our community. Please review the following guidelines for participation. 1. Eligibility Prayer Leaders do not need to be members of My Sister’s Keeper but must align with our mission and values. 2. Prayer Circles Prayer circles are held once a week. Leaders may sign up for one session per week. Sign up through the website, with bookings made at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. More than three cancellations within a month or two no-shows within 60 days will result in a review of participation. 4. Prayer Guidelines During each prayer, please call out the names of all sisters being supported by My Sister’s Keeper. Sessions will be streamed live on social media platforms to further engage and inspire the community. By signing up, you agree to have your session shared publicly. Create a supportive, non-judgmental space, respecting all faith traditions. 5. Confidentiality Any personal information shared during the session must remain confidential unless consent is provided for organizational involvement. 6. Technical Requirements For virtual sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and functioning video/audio setup. You are required to have your video on.
