At My Sister’s Keeper, we are committed to making a positive impact through our events and programs. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy for event registrations, donations, and sponsorships.
Event Registrations
Our events are crucial to raising awareness and providing support to our community. If you have registered for one of our events and need to cancel, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellation Before the Event: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.

Cancellation Within 10 of the Event: If you cancel within 10 days of the event, we will be unable to offer a refund. However, you may choose to transfer your registration to another participant or convert it into a donation to support our mission.

No-Shows: If you do not attend the event and have not canceled in advance, no refund will be provided.
Donations
Donations made to My Sister’s Keeper are non-refundable. Your generous contribution goes directly to supporting our programs and services that benefit women undergoing cancer treatment and their families. If you believe your donation was made in error or you have any concerns, please contact us at (216) 333-1819], and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship contributions for events and programs are considered final and non-refundable once received. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where the event is canceled or rescheduled, sponsors will be notified and given the opportunity to apply their sponsorship to a future event or program. For specific sponsorship terms, please refer to the sponsorship agreement.
Merchandise Purchases

Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise was defective or incorrect upon delivery. Refunds for shipping costs are not available.
Event Cancellations by My Sister’s Keeper
In the unlikely event that My Sister’s Keeper cancels an event due to weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances:

Full Refund: We will offer a full refund of any event registration fees paid.

Alternative Option: You may choose to apply the fee toward a future event or donate it to support our organization.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
