Peace of mind while you heal. Care for your children while you receive care for yourself.
Waiting Room Watchers is a supportive service offered by My Sister’s Keeper Cleveland to help mothers undergoing cancer treatment attend appointments without the added worry of childcare. This initiative provides trained sitters who engage with children in hospital waiting areas, allowing moms to focus fully on their health and healing.
This program is currently available to patients throughout Cleveland, including:
University Hospitals
MetroHealth
Cleveland Clinic
All sitters are trained in CPR and First Aid basics to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for your little ones while you receive the care you need.
How to Request a Sitter:
Requests can be made in two ways:
Directly through My Sister’s Keeper Cleveland (info@myskcle.org / (216) 333-1819
Through Hey Sis
Through the Unite Us platform
Whether it’s a chemotherapy session, surgical consult, or routine check-up—you don’t have to do it alone. Waiting Room Watchers is here to support you and your family every step of the way.
