Resin for Resilience

Grief, stress, and emotional pain are real—but so is your strength. This hands-on workshop is designed to help youth express and process tough emotions through art. Participants will create personalized resin keychains or pendants that reflect strength, identity, and family connections. A grounding meditation and open discussion on grief and healing will guide the evening, along with take-home resources to continue the journey toward emotional wellness.
